Excel Super short cuts 

1.The string argument whose first character in each word will be converted to uppercase and all remaining characters converted to lowercase.

 =PROPER(A1)

2.The string that you wish to convert to uppercase.

=UPPER(A1)

3.Use CONCATENATE, one of the text functions, to join two or more text strings into one string.

 =CONCATENATE(A3,B3)

4. Delete blank space in excel 

5. The Format Painter copies formatting from one place and applies it to another.
